I love these filters! They're hard to get right now and I'm hoping Lee Pharm. hurries up to produce more. They trap the worst part of any smoking product: the TAR!. These are re-usuable, and when you clean them and see all the nasty black tar that could be it your lungs instead of inside the filter, it's a real eye opener. They are easy to clean with Q-tips and pipe cleaners. I also use a toothpick to clean the small air holes. It's not a big deal to do. Yes, I still smoke a few small cigars a day( they have no filters) and I do it outside away from others, simple because I really enjoy them and take very good care of myself otherwise! I gave up cigarettes 20 yrs. ago. Like anything else, smoking, in excess, is horrible for you. Just like a shot of scotch a day is fine, but the whole bottle a day will kill you! I know that ANY smoking is a major health concern, but it's really hard to stop. These are a good aid to either stop all together, or cut way down and at least trap most of the goo that could be in your lungs! I highly recommend this product!!!
