The Liten Up filters are a great way to reduce your nicotine addiction in preparation to quit smoking. There are four different levels. As you advance to each level of filter, it takes a bit to adjust to it. Then you find yourself not wanting to smoke without the filter. By the time you actually quit, if you have been on the 90% reduction filter, your addiction is manageable. (Disclaimer - unfortunately, I have a lot of experience using the filters through the years. Numerous times after a year or so of quitting, I have started smoking again. So I use the 90% filter whenever I do smoke).
