I loved it. Other meds like tylenol and motrin give my son major stomach aches and gas. This didn't and stops the teething pain. My son doesn't mind the taste either. He sees it and opens his mouth. I highly recomend this to anyone with a baby/toddler who has an insanely senstive stomach.
