These are very nice to have for little ones (and for big ones, too!). They do not contain medicine, so it's ok for them to have more than one within a short amount of time, if needed/wanted. My 3-year-old likes them, so that's a great thing when he's not feeling well and doesn't want to drink as much; it's something to keep his throat moist, to help with or prevent soreness, and it's good for soothing coughs, too.
