We've been using this teething gel ever since my 13 month old grandson has been cutting teeth and it works quite well. He likes it enough that he opens his mouth to have it applied. We found that it is hard to squeeze out of the tubes if it gets cold so we snip off the ends a bit to make a larger hole and then it works great.
