Bought this for my sister along with a few other Little Twig products. She loved all of them but called this one a miracle cream. My 5 month old niece's persistent diaper rash went away over night and my sister claims that irritations occur less frequently since she has started using this product. I originally purchased the products because of their natural ingredients and paraben free claims. It's so great to know that they actually work!Customer Review: Okay

I love that this is all natural, but I wasn't a fan of having to scoop it out with my fingers. It's a little bit hard so makes quite a mess. Next time I'll just buy something in a tube. The product itself it fine... and of course smells better than Desitin!
