I take it over 3 years,well,,,I got cirrhosis in age of 47-after two year whiteout drinking at all,restriction of sodium,control food staff,drinking water,little exercise,I fill just like a normal men,well --diet is most important,stay away from any,any alcohol drinks,believe mi people You will fill terrific,Tray to take it minimum for 7 to 8 month and You will fill different in You Live-trust mi,,,....Daniel
