Customer Review: Great Emergency Devise for Senior at home

Back in Nov. I got one of these for my 70 year old friend who lives in a small town at the coast. She has used it 4 times due to falls and it got the EMT to her house very quickly. She does not have neighbors to help her and if she falls can not get to her feet. I tested the range and could walk all the way to her mail box down the road. I payed $200 for it at a pharmacy so this is a really good deal from Amazon. I would have ordered it from Amazon where I do most of my shopping but she needed it set up before I left.

Description of LogicMark Guardian Alert 911

The guardian alert 911 system is a set - a base station which plugs into the phone jack - and a pendant which is worn by the user. the system can operate anywhere in and around the home - with the base station plugged into a phone jack in the central part of the home. the pendant runs up to a year on a aaa alkaline battery (included). the pendant is splash resistant so it can even be taken into the shower. the test button on the bottom of the unit gives an audible confirmation of battery condition. hold the test button in an extra few seconds - and you can confirm that the full system is working.no monitoring fees, service charges or contracts ever.
