My parents are ages 90 and 95. They reside in an assisted living. Both are visually impaired. They love to play our traditional game of Wa-Hoo every evening. I purchased them a 20 inch by 20 inch Wa-Hoo board because they were having problems picking up the small marbles and dice. Only one large square type dice came with the game. I found these large, black, Low Vision Dice with white dots. It looked perfect for what they needed. I ordered them two. The rounded corners on the dice make it much easier to play because they do not get stuck in the holes as easily as regular square cornered dice. The white dots makes it much easier for them to see. The dice are kind of heavy and noisy on the wooden board. I am sure most people would not use them on a wooden board like we do. Since they are both deaf, the noise does not bother them at all.
