although this product is pretty cheap, it is an excellent product, i was surprised at how good it was, i am an EMT and know the importance of a good stethoscope, especially in the back of a noisy ambulance and this is perfect, the cuff is excellent too, the gague is easy to ready and the bulb is easy to pump..
