The flavor is excellent. The amount of protein keeps me from having a sugar dip, which I am prone to. The only reason I gave this 4 stars is that one box I received was either stale or had melted once - extremely hard on the bottom.Customer Review: Good bargain

These are terrific breakfast bars and the variety of flavors are great. I used to buy these at the supermarket but they were more expensive and I was always running out. This is good snack on the go too for extra energy.Customer Review: Yummy! Great stuff, tastes great...

The best of these flavors is the Nutz Over Chocolate, but beware that it melts in your cabinets on hot days--the other flavors do not. I keep the Nutz Over Chocolate bars in the refrigerator. The Peanut Butter Cookie bars are pretty good, and the Caramel Nut Brownie ones are just ok. I wouldn't buy this variety pack again b/c the flavors aren't varied enough.
