Until a few weeks ago, I had never tried any of the "nutrition" bars. I was looking for a low carb bar that was not for atheletes and would have a taste that I would not have to "learn to like". When I saw the orange Luna Bars from Amazon, I decided to try a box. Wow - was I in for a surprize. These have good "mouth appeal", good orange flavor, and are oh so handy for me to take along for that 15 minute break time at work. I like them enough to order again as well as try other flavors. Since then, I've been symptom and medicine free (by eating soy). This bar is a great way to get your soy! It's like eating a candy bar for a snack! Try to find a ready to eat candy bar - chocolate is a must - which contains no eggs, dairy products or honey. Not an easy task! Now try to find one which also tastes good - problem solved with Luna Bars' Chocolate Pecan Pie. My vegan daughter swears by these, and she's one tough customer! There are several other Luna bars which she likes, but this is her favorite.
