The new Dulce de Leche Luna bars are actually fantastic! Not the ones I received, though. Amazon sent me an old batch of Luna Bars - before they were redone. I was quite disappointed as the new bars were out in the stores for at least a couple of months before I ordered mine on Amazon, but I still received the older bars which are not half as good as the new ones. Anyway, I would give the new bars a 5 star rating because they're brilliant!!!Customer Review: Same quality as the supermarket but at a better value.

I was introduced to Luna Bars a couple of years ago. Fast forward to find that Amazon sells them as cheap as you can find them in the stores, and the Chai is particularly hard to find, and my favorite. So, go girl, go! These are good energy bars. They work well to hold off the need for a meal for a few hours. They taste fairly well too, but they do have a bit of a soy taste to them. Peppermint is fun however, appropriate for the holiday season which is coming up soon. It took me a while to even try luna bars because of the packaging, as I tend to avoid anything that is so blatently aimed at 'woman-ness'. Fortunately, I got over that and tried them. They are quite tasty and have little or none of the unpleasant aftertaste that is present with many food bars. Lemon Zest bars are a little drier than other flavors, and the lemony smell may remind some people of lemon-scented household cleaners.
