I had a feeling one "miracle" product would not work by itself, so I got the rub on cream and the pills. The cream is easy to use. One button press of the bottle is all you need, just use caution when putting a thin shirt on. Sadly they have not worked with noticable results even with excercise 4 days a week and using the pills. To be fair I sometimes forget to use one or the other or remember late in the day. If I was more disciplined I maight see better results.Customer Review: Does Not Work
