I can tell you how wonderful this product is. Yes, it is a bit stiff at first, (you can wear down the glider bars by pushing them in and out a few times each) but it's good in a way, because I've had loose pill holders and ended up losing my pills in my purse. I've had my MEDGLIDER SYSTEM WITH TALKING REMINDER for over five years at least, maybe more. It's always run just fine, until I dropped it a few times. I've been looking for another one, but I can't believe the price of them now. Just last year you could still find them for 16.95, that was before the new logo "e-pill" was applied. The only thing that has changeed since I purchased my 1st one is the price 16.95 to 45.95 and the new logo with the word e-pill. I should have ordered another last year, before this new name took hold, to late now, live and learn.
