I was skeptical but was willing to try anything for my plugged ears. Within seconds of using it, I could feel my ear unplugging. I did find that if I used it too long, it irritated my ear. I use it about one minute on each ear...a couple times a day if ears are really bad. When I use it regularly, I can feel my sinuses drain much better. I would definitely recommend this product.
