I got my extender about the last day of November. So I started using it December 1st. The first month isn't much with results since u only wear it for short periods to get use to it. It wast till January that I started wearing it 8 hours a day and 12 hours maybe 4 days out of the week. After the first week I noticed immediate results.
I notice some ppl are sayin that it hurt them. That's cuz they are impatient. I followed everything it said to do in the instructions and felt no discomfort. Also my device has yet to mess up or not work as expected. It is now march and my extender is set 2 inches longer then it was when I started in December and my penis has grown a little over an inch in length. I've tried many things before for size increase and this is by far the best I've ever used. I plan on using it at least till the end of summer. I'll probably write another review as well.
There was one time when I felt impatient and decided to go up a size 2 weeks early and I felt sore. So I went back down and decided to just wait. The big plus is that its not noticeable at all when I'm wearing it. But like anything. Does take getting use to.
