LCD date display only shows partial numbers, so I can't program the date. LCD time display only shows partial numbers, so I can't program the time. After taking my blood pressure, the systolic LCD display does not show up at all. Diastolic and pulse LCD displays only show partial numbers, so I can't read it. Can't vouch for the accuracy of the product because I CAN'T READ THE OUTPUT! Mabis requires me to send them $5 if I send them the product for replacement/repair. Other reviewers with similar complaints indicate lack of response from the company. jeez.Customer Review: Not "Deluxe" and not working!

I just bought this two weeks ago and received it, set it up, which was easy to do and then tried to use it. I got two good readings out of it and now all I get are error responses and the instruction booklet doesn't tell you what to do about the errors! The monitor, according to the error responses, is not inflating enough or is not deflating properly and, therefore, cannot give a reading. I'm not at all satisfied with this and will return it.Customer Review: Don't bother

The original did not work and the replacement did not work. Amazon stood behind this product but the manufacturer did not. Mabis wanted $5.00 to return this junk for warranty but several calls to them about replacement went unanswered. I finally received an e-mail from them concerning the first unit a week after Amazon had already sent the replacement. This product is junk and the company that makes it could care less about customer service.Customer Review: Faulty LCD

Don't buy this. I am a physician. Brought it for grandmother. Compared with wall sphygmomanometer and about 20 to 30 mmHg difference. Then after a week display started failing.
