Probably the best thing about this system is that you can put whatever you want inside. Usually only water is the best "solution". Putting chemicals in the water, to include fragrances, can cause disruption in your body's chemical balance and make things worse.
We use it to clean up after sex. You can also push on the bag to give more pressure.
