Great earplugs, the box contains 4 plugs so you will have one spare pair. The plugs fit nicely into my ear, very soft material, no pain placing them in or keeping them in for my entire workout (1-1.5h). You need to learn to get them out though, but the instructions are in the back of the box.
I had also bought the Zoggs, two pairs for about $20; they just didn't fit my ears, they were too small and water kept getting in regardless of how much I tried. I tried them for about three weeks before getting the AquaBlock earplugs.
Simply put, they do the job and they are really cheap, you can't go wrong.
