Customer Review: Appears to be the same as the more expensive air cushions.
Summary: 4 Stars
First you separate the layers that are held together with velcro strips. Then you put it around your neck and adjust the position of the velcro strips for your neck size. Then you pump it up using the hand sqeeze pump to the desired setting. And you can be assured it can really put a lot of force on your chin. This product seems to be sized for a relatively small neck size. I am a 6 ft. tall 190 pound male and it is a little too small in diameter in my opinion. But I am one of those people who doesn't like any pressure on my neck such as a necktie. However, it doesn't choke me, just stretches the neck. This product appears to be an identical product to others being sold here on Amazon for upwards to $60. And I saw complaints on the expensive ones about it leaking or not pumping. The one I received doesn't leak and works fine.
Now it is up to you whether you think stretching your neck is a good thing to do. I would recommend going a bit easy on the pumping until you know what you are doing.
