Have had this product for over a year. Installed on my father's adjustable bed when we moved him in with us after chemo/radiation treatment. Worked extremely well to enable him to get in and out of bed and ensured that he would not roll out of bed during the night. Was very easy to install and to adjust the tension on raising and lowering the bars.
