We purchased this for my husband for a replacement of his 8 year old Homemedics cushion. This is lighter, softer fabric, quieter. He is once again a happy camper. This is better for his soft discs than the shiatsu versions that hurt him, this one is pain free. Thanks for making helpful products. I try to buy everything through Amazon as it is the easiest way to order (and pay with Pay-Pal). The only down side, it's a pill to get into the recliner and then get into it on the recliner, but he is getting it down. A happy hubby makes for a happy wifie!
