I had no idea about this wonderful utensil until I won it in the holiday gift exchange several years ago. It had been an indispensable item in the kitchen until it broke recently - from overuse, I am sure! I immediately began looking for it on the itnernet but the difficulty was that I didn't know the name for it! Luckily, after several trials and word combinations it "popped-up" as the arthritis aide "Jar Pop"! I ordered two at once, one for myself and one for a friend. Every household must have one "jar pop", even if no one in the family has arthritis! This is a best kitchen tool ever! Elena
