My 80 year old mother just recently became ill & is on 12 different medications throughout the day. We set up the alarm for 4 times a day on this med-e-lert & it beeps until she turns it over & her meds come out. We also bought an extra tray so we can fill up two weeks of meds at a time. It gives us peace of mind to know she is taking the correct pills at the correct times.
