The actual pad works very well but they are individually packaged, which is a good thing in your diaper bag but a bad thing when fumbling at night. I also didn't care for the adhesive strip on the back so I just never pulled the plastic off. For the price though, I found the cheaper pads to work just as well.Customer Review: Good but not Great

In terms of absorption these are the best pads I have tried (out of 3 different brands), but they could use some contouring and if you wear them in a thin bra plan on layering up your shirts unless your advertising that your breasts leak.Customer Review: Positive Review

I have tried many different breast pads and I am glad I purchased these. They are comfortable and are not too bulky. My biggest problem was keeping dry through the night and these worked well.Customer Review: Nice and thin!

What can I say? I went out and got these upon recommendation on here, and I really like them. They are thin and super absorbant. I NEVER had any leaks while wearing them.Customer Review: Not the best pads

I have tried Lansinoh, Medela, Johnson & Johnson, and Playtex nursing pads. The Lansinoh are best overall: great absorbancy, nice countoured shape, and good adhesive that stays in place without bunching up. J&J were also great, but I'd recommend them to women who size A or B since they are smaller in size. Playtex has great absorbancy but they are not at all countoured so they bulge unless you have the perfect bra that will hide a huge bulge. Medela are super thin, therefore much less absorbant, and also the core gets bunched up inside the outer lining so they are almost impossible to unbunch between feedings. The adhesive stinks too, so they don't stay in place too long. So overall I recommend J&J to smaller women (cup A or B), and the Lansinoh to larger women (cup C and above).
