I cannot say enough for this pill box. The large size compartments hold all my pills without them being jammed together. Being able to take a days pills out and put it next to my chair or in my purse is a great asset. I had one of the new ones because I could not find one like this and the compartments were always popping open and pills falling on the floor. You had to pick up that big thing and tip it to get pills out. It was hard to fill. I am so thankful that I found this one. The compartments were too small and my gels got squashed. This is not only like my old one but better, the compartments are larger. I highly recommend this pill box and hope they keep on making them.
