One thing to be aware of is that these are fairly large, round tablets and not the easy to swallow caplets like you may be used to with Tylenol Sinus and Pain Caplets. Also, it is very bulky packaging because you get 250 separate, two-tablet packets inside the box that is 6½" X 7" X 4". So, don't expect to keep this box in a regular medicine cabinet.
