This item is worth every penny to say the least. i bought one recently for my wife that has a slight problem with her arm. the handle is very easy to use for any size hand. compared to some other of the similar reachers the construction is light in weight and sturdy enough to pick up large pieces of trash in the yard and even smaller branches (after hurricane wilma).Customer Review: The Medline Reacher is a great product.

The Medline Reacher is a great product. It is durable, lightweight, and well made, and that is why I gave it five stars. Unfortunately, I have weak hands and could not use it and had to return it. However, if you have adequate hand strength and are looking for a reacher I would definitely recommend this product.
