At first I loved this reacher- then after less than a month of use one of the grabber arms completely broke off! I am Very sad, as I really liked this reacher. I called Amazon.com and will be getting my money back, I really want to get another grabber, but am not happy that these do not last very long.Customer Review: NOT SO GOOD!!
