Got this for my grandmother that has Parkinsons. She tries to get up by herself and then falls. This works great and I can get to her before she is actually standing. I have it adjusted so that if she moves to the edge of her chair the alarm goes off. Very loud, can be heard anywhere in my 2000 sq ft home. Price is great and exactly what I wanted.
