Customer Review: The only nightlights we'll buy

About five years ago we bought an earlier style (5 pack) of these lights from Costco. Every one of them still works. When our youngest son moved to his own apartment, we gave three of them to him, thinking that we'd go back to Costco for another package. Costco doesn't sell them now, but we wanted no substitutes. Started searching and found that amazon had them but only as single items. Well, these lights are so much better than others that we ordered anyway. We are even happier with the new bulbs. These come on instantly, as soon as other light goes away. They put out just the right amount of light to show us the way through the house. Unless we give more of these away to another son, we expect to be set with nightlights for years. Before we found those earlier lights at Costco, the buying of nightlights was a big deal in our household. We were always looking for a newer and better product. And none of them had much of a life. Now it is as it should be. Buy them, plug them in, and forget them. We can't understand why these lights aren't more widely available.Customer Review: I love it and recomend it, at least try it for yourself.

I read through all the reviews, an I was shocked at the bad reviews. I am thinking maybe some of these or "a lot" of them were defactive or something. I have never had an issue with it, an I have owned it for a year. This is in my son's room (he is 4), and he loves being able to chose a different color every night. Works great for a kids room, because it definatly is bright (isn't that what a night light is for anyways?) My recomendation, it's only $6, you can skip is because the bad reviews, or you can buy it for yourself and see for yourself. What's the worst that can happen, your out $6? You might end up loving it like we did. I just recomended it to my sister in law for her babies nursey as well.Customer Review: Very cool and useful!

These lights are very nice for the price. I just got them recently and will be getting rid of my old standard lightbulb nightlight. The color changing is very cool, and it is easy to stop and pick a color whenever you want. There is also a darkness sensor on them, so they go off when it gets light out. The brightness is pretty good, though not as bright as the standard incandescent bulb, but bright enough. The colors are very nice, I like the purple and blue. You could get several and turn them red, and pretend you are on a submarine! Will be buying several more right now!Customer Review: Works great but location needs to be dark

I love this night light. I bought one to try and came back to buy more. The light sensor is very sensitive meaning that the location needs to be dark before the light will come on. This works great for locations like bathrooms that have some shade during the day but you don't want the night light on all day. I've read some reviews where people thought the night light didn't work, but I think perhaps the room wasn't dark enough yet. To test the night light check the location at nighttime or just cover the light sensor with your hand to see if the light comes on.

Thank you, thank you for carrying this product. I had purchased some of them a few years ago and since moving have looked everywhere for the same kind. I was so very happy to see Amazon.com had them for sale and have sent two orders for them in the past two months. They make excellent gifts for neighbors, my grown children and grandchildren and of course the photo sensor is great, no more forgetting to turn off the night light. Thank you again for not only being able to purchase them thru you but for the convenience of shipping them right to my home.
