I tried this product as recommended to me by my midwife when I was pregnant and my iron was low. I can't say enough good about it. Because it is made from whole food sources, I loved that I could take it on an empty stomach and that I didn't have to worry about it interacting with anything. My midwife checked my blood every week and we were able to notice a gradual increase in the redness of my blood and my iron level. ...
