This nasal spray works just as good and quick as the name brands did. It cleared my nasal stuffiness with 1 or 2 sprays. I use it at night because I was always waking up with a stuffed nose, but, now it seems to keep my nasal passages clear for the entire night. I would buy the product again as sson as it comes available again.
