I was getting some weird headaches when I started taking these vitamins. I didn't even think it was the vitamins until I read another reviewer here. I'm not allergic to anything. Just be careful. I have been waiting for this "in stock" item to ship for over a month now, and they say it could still be 3 more weeks....that's 2 months.....ridiculous!
