This is an excellent lip balm. I have used this lip balm for about 3 years now and no other lip balm soothes my lips as well as this one does. When I tried it the very first time it felt a little weird because it wasn't waxy like other lip balms which is great. The menthol gives a cool tingling feeling on my lips which is especially good for me since I tend to bite and peel my lips whenever they feel dry or if I'm stressed so that cooling sensation relieves my lips and I don't feel the need too touch them. I don't know if it's the cool feeling or the moisturizers in this lip balm but I don't have to apply this lip balm as much throughout the day. The other lip balms that I have tried, I usually have to apply them at least once per hour while this one I only have to apply it about 3 times a day.
The only reason why I didn't give this product 5 stars is because this lip balm started phasing out of all the stores I usually buy it from last year. The only way I can get this now is online which is annoying since I have to pay shipping which makes this product pretty expensive, but I have to say it's still worth it.

I liked this product very much. It cleared up my very chapped lips in less than 2 days. The flavor is an interesting combination -- cherry-menthol, which is a surprise at first, but nice once you get used to it. The SPF is a nice healthy benefit as well. This product goes on smooth, and I believe could be worn under lipstick fairly well. It's long lasting and doesn't need re-application as often as some other brands. This lip balm is definitely better than any of the other balms I've tried! After using it for a couple of days, my peeling lips were almost healed. Fewer applications are needed, as it lasts longer and doesn't suck the moisture out of my lips as it dries. The only downside is that it smells almost like cherry cough syrup! The moisturizing ability of this product was excellent. I had chapped lips when I received it and it helped right away. I did not like the mentholated ingredient, however, as I found it made my lips perspire. That's an odd way to describe it, but it was most uncomfortable. Natural Ice Chapstick is THE BEST! Since it's hard to find in drugstores, I have to get it online. The only suggestion I have is that they should make this size box, but without putting them all in individual packaging- it's wasteful. For the huge size they have no packaging, so it's obviously not necessary.
