Customer Review: It fails to connect to my PCs

I bought this BP monitor because it comes with a BP analyzer software. The monitor itself works well and the readings check with my other BP monitor (Ormon HEM 712C). One nice feature it has is to detect irregular heart beat.
However, neither my new Windows 7 64-bit laptop nor my Windows XP SP3 laptop recognizes it. I got the same "device malfunctions" error messages in both cases. I am returning it.

I had great hopes that this monitor would be accurate but it was not.every time I have tried this I get a different reading,this machine has consistently registered my BP at much lower levels than my doctor's monitor,most readings were 6 to 13 points low.I don't recommend buying this blood pressure monitor.

Got one for my husband for xmas. Doesn't work. The hole for the cuff insertion is misaligned with the inner workings and the cuff does not connect. Returning it. Very disappointed.
