When I ordered this neck-wrap I believed it would smell the way previous neck-wraps I've owned have - herbal, soothing, relaxing. While this wrap can get really, really warm, and while it's very comfortable around the neck, it stinks like dog's butt. It stinks so badly I have to purposefully try and concentrate on something else while wearing it. If you've never spelled warm flax seed (which smells like warm something else), I don't suggest it. Find something that's both comfortable and sweet smelling.Customer Review: Good but doesn't hold heat very long

I bought this because my dad had one similar and we couldn't find them anywhere else but here. His has a terrycloth cover on it and it holds heat for a very long time. This one doesn't. I wonder if it would hold it longer with the terrycloth cover so I'm going to make one. Besides that I'm happy with it!Customer Review: Don't Waste Your Money!

I bought this item in June. It had burst apart at the seams by December. The brand I owned before this one lasted for over 10 years. This one didn't last SIX months. Total waste of money.
