Migrelief came highly recommended to me by my Neurologist (specializing in migraines) who takes it himself for migraines. Unfortunately I experienced too much nausea taking the product and had to stop taking it. Other side affects I experiences included lethargy, inability to complete sentences or thoughts. I was simultaneously taking a prescription preventative medication for migraines called Topomax which may have enhanced the side affects.
I would not avoid trying this product because of the side affects I experienced. Any time you can have success with a OTC supplement recommended by someone as highly respected as my Neurologist, I would try it. It may work for you! I would also suggest reading the blogs or other reviews you might find elsewhere on the internet about Migrelief. I found them to be very helpful.
