I have been using this mask for 5 or 6 years now - I have one for home, and another for in my suitcase, for travel. I picked up the original one in a local shop years ago, and have never been without it ever since.
I have suffered from sinus problems for most of my life. This mask has exactly the right amount of beads inside to create gentle pressure to ease the pain. Best of all, it doesn't include lavender, as so many masks do - I dislike the smell of lavender and don't want to sleep with it! The butterfly shape fits my face nicely without making me feel confined, and the silk fabric is beautifully soft against my skin. I don't mind the tie strings, since they don't stretch out as elastic does.
My home-use mask started to die today (after years of daily use), and I had to search all over the web to find a replacement. I hope this eye pillow is never discontinued, as I saw nothing on the web to compare to it!
