My daughter uses this stuff all the time, and this company offered a good deal on the refills. The shipping was supposed to be free, but they charged it initially. However, we were able to get if refunded without a problem. As for the product itself, I haven't used it, but my daughter likes it a lot better than bleaching or other methods of hair removal. I think it makes her skin sensitive for a couple of days after use, though. She uses it on her face as well as other areas. It comes in a glass jar, but the outside packaging is thin plastic which, unfortunately, doesn't seem to be recyclable.
I'm going to rate it a 5 because I don't know of a better product for this purpose.
