I had a lot of trouble maintaining my milk supply when I went back to work with my first child. I spoke to doctors and nurses, and drank more fenugreek tea than I care to remember. Eventually I just gave up breastfeeding after 6 months because I never had enough.
For my second child, I started looking for help early, before she was even born. My daughter is now 4 months old (I have been back at work for almost 2 months), but I am keeping up (much better than last time) and she is eating 6 oz per feeding! She is off the growth charts, and is actually the size of an 8-9 month old. I take it at maintenance levels daily (1-2 doses) and increase when she goes through growth spurts. I noticed a definite decrease when I stopped taking it.

I have been breast feeding my 8 month old since birth. Now that she is eating solids I've had a hard time keeping up my milk supply. I like to keep at least 6oz in the fridge to mix in with her cereal and it was getting to the point where all I could keep was 2oz. My LC told me to try out More Milk Plus and it has been such a life saver! When I would pump (before taking More Milk Plus) I was only getting anywhere between 1/2 an oz to 1oz between both breasts. Now when I pump I get at least 3oz between both breasts. I definitely recommend this to any mom that is needing a boost in their breast milk supply. These capsules are amazing! After a couple of weeks of breastfeeding, I noticed that I was really running low in the evenings and my little boy was furious! We were tempted to use formula but my lactation consultant mentioned this stuff. I tried fenugreek first but did not notice any improvement, so I bought this and it helped very quickly. I have tried to go off of it a few times and my evening production goes way down again and his feedings would take forever! I am now taking it twice a day in the afternoon/evening and I find that it keeps us right where we need to be. I am also able to pump enough to keep us comfortable and without taking away from his needs.Customer Review: This really works

I started using More Milk Plus capsules when my supply was running low at the end of every day. It seemed like when my daughter cluster fed in the evening, there was never enough and she would get grumpy.
I only had to use 1 capsule a day to increase my supply enough and she's always satisfied and sleeping through the night at 4 months. :)

Obviously I don't take this product, but my wife. And she's doing it very well in the marvelous task of feeding our baby!!
With our first baby she had no problem at all (nor today) but mixing breast feeding with office work can result in a drop of the milk production, so she helps herself (and our baby) with the caplets. They work well.
