The jar is very small, but a little goes long way. It helped with sore nipples I had for first 4 days after delivery, but I also tried other creams and my son liked most Lansinoh lanolin cream (with this one he was making faces and refuse breast for a few seconds-but still ate fine).
I like all natural ingredients (5 of them, main one olive oil).
Now I use it as a lip balm.

My lactation consultant suggested this product for my sore nipples and it really does provide instant relief. The smell is also pleasant. I was previously using lanolin but it was so sticky and thick that it was hard to apply and it also hurt to apply it to sensitive nipples. Motherlove is a little expensive for just 1 ounce, but you really only need the tiniest amount.Customer Review: Happy Mom

Fabulous! This is the best nipple cream ever! I like this so much more than the other products out on the market. It is a little greasy but it helps heal the cracks and pain associated with pumping and breast feeding. The jar is tiny for the price but a little goes a long way!
