Mucinex DM is the first product to relieve (stop) the cough from night time alergy-related drainage. I have been looking for a solution for 9 years and this seems to work after using it for one year. Mucinex alone helped loosen and thin the flem but I still woke up every night to cough it up. With the DM I wake up refreshed and breathing freely for the first time in 9 years. I also take Zetec (regular)but it alone did not correct the problem. I take one regular DM in the morning and two regular Mucinex DMs (or one max strenght mucinex DM) at night. My Doctor agreed with the night and added the one in the morning. Amazon has the lowest price(with free shipping) I could find with their 120 tablet package. It is cheaper and easier to swallow the regular strength 'Mucinex PM' than the 'Maximum-Strength Mucinex PM'
