The inmediate relief takes about 30 minutes which i consider ok, but after 8 hours i find myself wishing time go faster to take the next dose, Maybe it is just because my cold is very bad. The good thing it that it makes the mucus flow, not like other producs that give you "confort" by making the mucus to stay in (and potentially generating other complications).
