My knee size was on the minimum diameter side of the knee size range and I can not adjust it to fit snugly. It tends to slide down my knee rather easily and I have to keep pulling it up. I had purchased a HG80 hinged knee brace earlier and it seemed to fit OK. It seems to do the job.
