I have been running for years and have started having knee pain in one knee. I could only run about a mile before the pain started. After researching possible causes, I decided for under $10 to TRY this. After two runs with this knee strap, I have no more pain. I still run with it for support, but have forgotten it on occasion and still no pain. Well worth the money. Saved me a doctors' visit!
