I got to the point to where I could hardly walk for two days after a work-out. I never knew exactly what was wrong with my knees. I finally went to see a specialist who said that I had Patellar Tendonitis (jumper's knee) and suggested one of these (I was wearing a McDavid ligament brace - big, lots of velcro straps, restricting - needless to say, it didn't do what I needed it to).
I now wear one of these, and I can say that I am very impressed. Not only is this thing comfortable, it works! I initially tried the McDavid strap, but it was too short and the velcro would rub against my leg - it lasted about 2 minutes before I brought it back to the store.
I looked at this brace along with a few others (some with beads and other fancy materials), based on the reviews, I bought this one, I couldn't be happier.
Do yourself a favor, just order it.
