I injured my knee in august 2010 while playing hockey. I got crosschecked in the back and fell on my knee and dislocated knee cap. What was worse I stretched the patellar tendon and also pocked a good size hole in the patellar cartilage. My knee cap got too lose to the point I was having troubles walking. I tried many different things and none of them helped. I tried physical therapy, Synvisc injection, different types of strength and conditioning exercises but nothing worked.
Before I got injured I used to workout at least 6 times / week but after that I could not do that because of the constant knee pain. I was out of hockey for about 8 months. I thought I had to give it up. The moment I put this strap on I felt like I got my knee back. I can run and jump again. I don't really know how it works but I know that it does. I would strongly recommend this product to everyone who has problems with knees.
