I've never reviewed a product on Amazon before, but I think EVERYONE should know about this amazing pillow! I have lived my whole life with chronic insomnia and some anxiety issues. I saw an ad for the My Beating Heart pillow before Xmas 2008. I told my husband that I didn't care what he bought me for Xmas as long as it included a My Beating Heart! I was thrilled to receive my pillow and couldn't wait to try it. Well, it actually works! As you hug the pillow you can feel your own heartbeat change and come into sync with the pillow's beat. I've never used anything like it before - it is truly amazing. It actually helps me fall asleep. And on days when I am soooo stressed out and anxious I feel like I'm going to have a heart attack, all I have to do is lie on my bed, hug my heart, and I know in a cycle or two I will be feeling myself again. I love this pillow so much I can't go to bed without it - it's like a child and their favorite stuffed animal. I also bought the smaller version at the beginning of July to take on vacation. It's great also. I've been telling all of my overworked and stressed out friends, my Doctors, family and anyone else who will listen of its benefits. Kudos to the designer and those who make this pillow possible. I hope to never be without one again. LOVE IT!!!!
